Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Brad Miller. I am married with 3 kids and live in Ohio. I write Fun Bible Lessons. Feel free to blame me for the content you see here :-).
In my many years as a volunteer and church staff member, I taught preschool, elementary, and middle school kids in Sunday School, mid-week, kid’s church, and VBS classes.
I also taught adult Sunday School, mid-week, and foundational classes and yes, did my fair share of teaching/preaching in the main and midweek church service. As much as I enjoy teaching adults, I experienced nothing as fun and rewarding as teaching kids!
I have served on staff as Christian Education Director and also as an Assistant Pastor. Prior to my PT and FT positions in the church, I was a Quality Control Engineer for 20+ years at Eaton Corporation.
In 2001, my wife and some close friends in our church began modifying and then eventually writing children’s lessons for our kid’s ministry. We called the curriculum KICKRiCKulum (long story – maybe another post?) KICKRiCKulum featured a skateboarder dude named KickRick. Maybe you recognize him below as an advocate of peace, a Tabernacle high priest, or maybe a shepherd boy?

We wrote over 400 Kickrickulum lessons and used them in our own ministry. We also offered them for sale on our website and various kid’s ministry websites like Kidology and Kidzmatter.
After KICKRiCKulum, I wrote kid’s lessons for some larger publishers like Kidzmatter, KidzBlitz (Big City Studio and Critterland), and for the last 7+ years (to present), it has been a true blessing and privilege to write for CBN Superbook Academy.
The Academy lessons are a companion to the amazing Superbook Video series. I highly recommend these videos to enhance any kid’s Bible lesson. I truly believe the Biblical accuracy of the content and superb quality of the animation of Superbook videos are second to none.
Okay, I said all that to say this; I have written and published well over 800 fun Bible lessons for kids. And, I’m not done. My passion and calling have not waned! The Holy Spirit continues to inspire and infuse new, creative ideas in me every day.
This is my purpose for creating this website, to equip children’s ministry workers with affordable (and many free) fun Bible lessons that can be downloaded and instantly used. My plan is to update and modify many of the original KiCKRICKulum lessons, as well as create new active, fun, Bible lessons.
Beginning in the month of April 2022, I will begin adding free printable Bible lessons, followed by fun Bible lessons you may purchase and download. I look forward to this fresh, new challenge!
Statement of Faith
The Scriptures Inspired
The Bible is the inspired Word of God, the product of holy men of old who spoke and wrote as they were directed by the Holy Spirit. We accept the scriptures as our infallible guide in matters pertaining to conduct and doctrine.
The One True God
The one, true God is expressed in three separate persons: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. They are eternally self-existent, self-revealed and function as one person. Jesus Christ, who is God manifested in human flesh, is equal and eternal with the Father and the Holy Spirit.
Man
Man was created in God’s image but voluntarily rebelled and transgressed the will of God. Consequently, people today are sinners in need of a Savior. Their only hope is redemption through Jesus Christ. Man was created in God’s image but voluntarily rebelled and transgressed the will of God. Consequently, people today are sinners in need of a Savior. Their only hope is redemption through Jesus Christ. Man has a free will to choose to serve God or the world (devil).
Salvation
The Lord Jesus Christ provides salvation to all who will receive Him through His death on the cross, burial and bodily resurrection. By faith in His shed blood, apart from human works, we accept His work as complete and sufficient for forgiveness, righteousness and eternal reward.
The Holy Spirit
All believers should expect the presence and habitation of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit aids us in prayer, empowers our witness and daily living, produces fruit in our character, guide our lives, and bestow gifts to build up the church.
The Church
The church is the body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments to fulfill the great commission. Each born-again believer is a part of the church which is written in Heaven.
